Heated 26 & 2
The 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed in a heated room to warm the body for detoxification and to improve circulation. This yoga is a set sequence -- you perform the same postures and breathing exercises every time, which allows you to see and track your progress.
Rest & Restore (Yin Yoga)
Yin yoga applies healthy stress to joints and connective tissue, targeting deep tissue release. Classes involve a relaxed practice of supported floor postures that are held for three to five minutes.
Warm Vinyasa
This is a mildly heated, flow based class with sun salutations and various poses. The goal of this class is to build strength and flexibility, offering different options for all levels of yoga.
Special Classes
FREE Non-Heated Vinyasa
Every third Tuesday of the month, we will be offering a free donation-based class taught by various teachers. Afterwards, a free Reiki circle will be held which you can attend if you'd like!
